“As a health professional, I am looking at every aspect of any medical practice which I am a patient with discerning eyes, and that starts from my first telephone contact and the first time I walk through the doors of the practice. Are the employees friendly and efficient? Is the office clean and well-organized? Are the patients scheduled properly and with ample amount of time, or am I spending lots of time in the waiting room or operatory, awaiting my turn? Is the Doctor skilled and knowledgeable? How does the Doctor treat the staff? Does the staff seem to enjoy working there, and do they seem to respect the Doctor and have “ownership” in the practice?
